MegaCon Manchester 2025 - Adventurer Best Craftsmanship
I decided to enter my first cosplay competition in July 2025 at Megacon Manchester. For this, I made Gemma from Monster Hunter - she took roughly 3 months to make, and almost all elements were made from scratch. This included; pattern making, wig making, sewing, 3D printing and modelling, and many many more techniques.Â
Â
The jacket was my most favourite part of this cosplay, but I'm most proud of the trousers I self patterned and made with a working button up fly.

The full cosplay can be viewed in the Gallery.

MCM London 2025 - Cosplay Masqurade
I entered MCM's London October 2025 cosplay masqurade with my handmade Y'Shtola cosplay.Â

A pattern was bought for this cosplay, and i found pre-made models for the amulet and staff to then be 3D printed.

Bringing Cosplay to Hobbycraft
I've been working to bring the world of cosplay to Hobbycraft - The UK's biggest crafting store. This started with making TikToks for the Hull store, and then expanded to making and hosting my own workshops, to even being sent to the UK's largest comic con to help promote the brand.Â

I've made a cosplay section in the Hull store, and even pushed for the sale of EVA foam on a roll, which wasn't sold before. We now sell a variety of cosplay essentials, and have brought local cosplayers together by hosting 'Cosplay Meet-Ups' in store.

Hobbycraft Hull TikTok Page
Each Hobbycraft had been given a TikTok page to help expand the company's reach. I was put in control for the Hull account, and used this to reach the cosplay community. After nearly 3 years, I have made a variety of videos which have reached over hundreds of thousands of views. These videos I have made have even reached the eyes of some famous musicians like BBno$ and James Marriott, and I even sent out some handmade bracelets to the game developers of Baldur's Gate 3, Larian Studios, as they had requested some after seeing a video I had made.Â

FFXIV Duty Commenced Live Stream- Community Commendations
I had posted my hand made Y'Shtola cosplay to the FFXIV Reddit page, and it had been noticed by one of the official FFXIV NA Livestream hosts, and had been asked if they could feature my post in the 'Community Commendations' section of their next live stream.Â

This was AMAZING to be noticed by the official FFXIV team, and the community responded so kindly to seeing my work.
